Machine Operator (Die Cutter) Pay :$25-30/hour $5000 retention bonus
Machine Operator Shift: 2-10pm (M-F)
Machine Operator (Die Cutter) Key Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Consistent work history
- 1 year minimum experience as a Die Cutter on a Bobst, Youngshin, or large format clam shell equipment (such as Thompson or Standard)
- Technical or vocational degree in graphic arts preferred
Machine Operator (Die Cutter) Key Responsibilities:
- Reads, reviews and understands the job ticket, layout sheet, proofs, artwork, and customer specifications before beginning the scheduled job
- Use Rules sheet for inspecting trims, straightness, correctness of folds, and checks sheet against proofs and artwork.
- Ability to converge fine lines such as alignment of one (1) point rules to check accuracy of cutting
- Removes and preserves all dies for storage
- Performs routine and preventive maintenance on assigned equipment
