Job Title: Warehouse Clerk III in Carlsbad, CA

Department: Stockroom

1st shift: 7am - 330pm w/a 30 min. meal break
Job Summary: Will lead the stockroom personnel to ensure timely processing of goods to properly verify, store and issue electronic parts and subassemblies.

Oversee kit picking activities. Creates jobs and Excel spreadsheets to track and verify
parts in vendor stock. Help supervise and train new staff as needed, Daily responsibilities may vary, depending upon department needs.

Principal Responsibilities and Activities:
 Creates and promotes a safe working environment and works in a safe manner in accordance with company policy.
 Troubleshooting issues.
 Ensure proper component/parts flow to appropriate departments.
 Perform cycle count. Physical count, posting and count completion in E10.
 Continually monitors physical inventory and ensures that actual stock status matches computer inventory.
 Min and order quantity calculations.
 Receive and unpack shipment of electrical and subassemblies, verify content and quantities against purchase orders, store contents into appropriate locations on correct bin cards.
 Issue parts and subassemblies to jobs and record transactions on correct bin cards.
 Trains new staff.
 Deliver and pick up kits from vendors. (Must have clean driving record)
 Knowledge in receiving purchase orders and RSO
 Operates hand trucks, forklifts, according to safety policies and procedures.
 Moves materials within a warehouse and completes other warehouse support tasks.

Skills/Requirements:
Verbal and written communication skills required.
Good math skills.
Flexible, and detail oriented.
Three to five years of work experience in MFG. environment.
Forklift certification.

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Physical demands:
This is a mobile position, which requires bending, stooping, stairs and repeated lifting up
to 40 lbs. Will also need the ability to sit at a computer to enter data for prolonged periods.
