MEDICAL RECEPTIONIST
The Medical Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and is responsible for creating a safe, warm, and supportive environment for patients.
The Medical Receptionist assists patients and support staff in a variety of duties including reviewing and maintaining front-desk processes and operations, as well as processing patient data, such as treatment records, medical requests, and related insurance information.
Driven by a strong commitment to customer experience and the hospitality that drives the brand of The Corner, the Medical Receptionist works closely with clinical staff to ensure that clinic schedules are optimized for maximum efficiency;
communication with patients remains timely and professional; and medical records are complete before the end of each patient visit.
