Fresno Client is looking for an Outside Sales & Service Representative!

Summary & Objective : The sales person is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to gain new customers and expand offerings to existing customers.

This position will be expected to deliver a minimum monthly revenue as shown in compensation structure. The sales person will work closely with the customer service team on estimating, order input, and order management.

The sales person will work collaboratively with the art department to convey clients needs and design direction for the order.

The sales person will work closely with operations to have an understanding of production flow, capabilities, time frames, and product knowledge.

1. Gain understanding of product offerings and capabilities through shadowing and industry research

2. Develop sales strategy targeting schools to expand client base

3. Execute sales strategy within projected time frames

4. Aim to schedule 15 meetings per week with new clients

5. Maintain professional company image at all times

6. Build strong personal relationships with existing network and new clients

7. Travel to sales meetings to meet in person and conduct site surveys

8. Communicate via phone, text, email, and in person in a timely manner internally and externally

Work Environment : Outside Sales & Service : This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, photocopiers and smartphones.

This position requires use of personal car to travel to sales meetings.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.

This would require the ability to take measurements, walk campuses and building sites, and drive for extended periods of time.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work : This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 a.

m. to 5 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.

Travel : Travel withing the region is required. Travel outside the region to expand customer base is at the discretion of the salesperson and sales manager.

Required Education and Experience : A bachelor's degree and three to five years of sales experience or any similar combination of education and experience.
