Packaging Assembler Job Description:

PrideStaff is looking for a Packaging Assembler to join their client’s leading manufacturing company in Walnut, MS. The Packaging Assembler will be responsible for assembling components and packing products according to guidelines for distribution. If you pride yourself on having a strong work ethic, possess the ability to work independently, and strong attention to detail, come apply with us. The Packaging Assembler position is a full time, temp to hire position in Walnut, MS.

Packaging Assembler Job Responsibilities:

• Pack, Weigh, Label Completed Items For Shipment
• Follow All Company Guidelines Regarding Packaging
• Identify & Discard Of Defective Items
• Keep Complete Records Of All Materials That Go Through The Warehouse
• Properly Use Packaging Materials, Including Hand Tools, Glues, Nails & Padding
• Maintain A Clean & Safe Work Area
• Follow & Wear All Safety & PPE Requirements

Packaging Assembler Job Requirements:

• HS Diploma Or Equivalent Required
• Manufacturing Experience Preferred
• Good Manual Dexterity And Keen Visual Acuity
• Follow Written And Oral Instruction
• Must Be Able To Stand, Sit, Kneel, Walk, Use Hands & Move Consistently
• Move And Lift Up To 25 Pounds On A Regular Basis
