Title : Production Worker ELLET LOCATION
Shift : 1st shift - 6 : 30am - 6 : 30pm $18.00 per hour
Shift : Night - 2nd shift 6 : 30pm - 6 : 30am $18.00 per hour
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Demonstrate knowledge and the ability to understand machine operations
- Demonstrate compliance with all safety procedures
- Demonstrate consistency in the observation of all safety procedures, bending and lifting techniques
- Shows great interpersonal skills and ability to get along with everyone.
- Possess the knowledge and ability to read and understand the job tickets, workers, order and all other documentation that pertains to each job
- Interact with others in a small team environment in a positive way.
- Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions or to determine whether adjustments are needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- The ability to troubleshoot
- Must be dependable, reliable and responsible in fulfilling obligations
- Must work well with others
- Must be flexible and open to change when needed
- Able to follow instructions and make decisions
- Must be proven self-starter to complete projects / work orders
- The ability to work steadily on their feet for 8-10 hours daily.
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of job related work experience in an industrial setting
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- The ability to read and write English
- The ability to communicate effectively both orally and verbally
Candidates must be willing to submit to a Pridestaff background check and drug screen
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $18.00 - $18.00 Per Hour
