Production Specialist - All Shifts Available
Location: Roswell/Alpharetta
Shift: M-F 2nd and 3rd Shift Available
Compensation: $17.50/hr
JOB DESCRIPTION:
PrideStaff is working with a client in the Roswell area for 2nd and 3rd shift openings. The Production Specialist performs various manufacturing tasks to formulate, fill, package, and inspect products in a self-directed work team environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate various machines - including set-up, clean-up, change-over, troubleshooting, and/or minor repair for manufacturing equipment in the work center.
- Read, analyze, and interpret manufacturing and quality control documents, technical procedures, and government regulations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Manufacturing / machine operation or production experience required
- Good PC skills
- Basic math skills: add, subtract, multiply, and divide into all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Desire to learn
- Ability to work with a team; strong communication skills are required
- Ability to stand for 2 hours, occasionally climb, kneel, or bend
- Ability to lift up to 50lb
- Specific vision ability – close, color, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
