We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to join our team for the 2nd shift. (3 pm to 1 : 30 am) The successful candidate will ensure our plastic products meet stringent quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular inspections of plastic products during the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Use precision measuring tools and equipment to verify product dimensions and specifications.
• Identify and document defects, deviations, and non-conformities in products.
• Collaborate with production teams to address and resolve quality issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality reports.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing processes.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements :

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification in quality control is a plus.
• Must be able to speak in English and understand it
• Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastic products.
• Strong understanding of quality control standards, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proficiency with measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Availability to work the 2nd shift (typically afternoon to late evening hours).
• Experience with ISO 9001

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $16.25 - $23.25
