Front Desk Receptionist

PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting for South West Florida businesses, is seeking a Receptionist for a company located in Cape Coral.

This position will consist of various duties, such as, data entry, scheduling, first point of contact, accepting tax returns and payments.

The perfect candidate will be skilled at multi-tasking, driven, professional, customer service focused, and a self-starter.

This is a part time, temporary position.

Shift / Hours : Monday - Friday 8 : 00 - 5 : 00pm

Pay Rate : $ 18 / hr.

Location : Cape Coral, FL

Experience : 1 Years

Receptionist duties include :

• Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically, and face to face
• Answer pricing and procedure questions
• Accept tax returns and payments
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests
• Schedules appointments and gives information to callers
• Send mail outs
• Organize workflow to meet customer time frames
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Keep records of customer interactions and transactions
• Tax return experience a plus

Receptionist Job Requirements :

• Must have recent, relevant work experience
• Willingness to take assessment skill tests which may include, but not limited to Excel, Word, and Typing
• A proven history of providing excellent work
• Able to provide 2 professional references
• Dedicated, passionate attitude from someone wanting to make a difference in their job
