Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
Pay Rate: $22/hour DOE
Location: Kennesaw, GA
Experience: Minimum 2 years experience with scheduling, data entry and other administrative duties.
Service Department Assistant Job Duties Include:
- Schedule technical visits for technicians.
- Work closely with Travel Agents to organize the technical visits.
- Answer phone calls and direct callers to appropriate personnel.
- Operate office equipment - Printers, scanners and copiers.
- Use word processing, spreadsheets and presentation software.
- Create service offers, receive and process purchase orders.
- Present a positive and professional image.
- Open and effective communication.
- Computer and data entry skills.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
