Shipping Clerk Compensation :$20-22/hour
Shipping Clerk Shift:
- 8:00AM-5:00PM (Monday-Friday, possible OT)
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous ERP System experience preferred
- Great attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills are required
- Experience assembling wooden crates by using nails, screws, binds and strapping machine
- Knowledge of various shipping options (UPS, FedEx, freight forwarder, etc.)
- Mathematical aptitude to accurately calculate quantity, weight and rates
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Maintains confidentiality and security of intellectual property (ITAR, Prototype).
Shipping Clerk Job Duties:
- Execute inbound and outbound of shipments to internal or external customers based on business needs domestically and internationally.
- Package and examine outgoing products to ensure no damage occurs during transit per instructions on packaging slip
- Prepare all international documents required with information per the international location.
