Responsibilities:

• Set monthly and quarterly sales goals and support the growth of the company.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
• Take initiative to research, identify and target potential clients in the practice geography.
• Track sales performance in a CRM.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, and represent the values of the practice.
• Conduct sales and product presentations to healthcare professionals and corporate entities.
• Perform community outreach activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Monitor and track customer satisfaction KPI's.
• Stay updated on trends, competitors, and market conditions in the territory
• Constantly Scout out marketing and sales opportunities for the practice.
• Be well-versed in Digital Marketing, and be active in Social Media to promote the company business.
• Engage with and hold accountable Marketing vendors who service the company.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in medical practice sales and marketing.
- Strong knowledge of medical services especially as it relates to primary care and urgent care and basic medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills. Excellent persuasive skills.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships
- Proficient with computers, CRM, and commonly used software such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) etc
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- Will need to travel to local customer locations as part of the job

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
