Duties:
- Provide direct patient care in a variety of settings such as long-term, nursing home, and rehabilitation facilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the medical team
- Participate in critical care transport when necessary
- Offer health coaching and support for patients in memory care units
