Primary Funding Corporation is based in Carlsbad CA and provides alternative financing solutions, primarily through a product known as Factoring. We work with businesses across a wide variety of industries that range in size from start-up to $30 million in annual revenue. Job Description

This is an entry level sales position. The goal is to learn the Factoring and Alternative Lending industry while simultaneously developing sales skills that will be critical to the individual’s long-term success at PFC. Basic job functions include, but are not limited to:

· Learn and develop a deep understanding of the Factoring and Alternative Lending industry and how PFC operates within this space

· Support the individual members of the sales team with administrative tasks

· Support inside sales for PFC

· Provide support during the onboarding of new prospects

· Provide support for ongoing client management

· Attend, participate, and contribute to PFC’s events

· Participate and contribute to PFC’s strategic initiatives

· Proactively look for ways to increase efficiencies

Qualifications

· Located in San Diego/North County. Enjoys an in-office position

· At least 3 Years of work experience, within the financial services industry

· College degree is not required

· Honest and Ethical

· Positive attitude with an open mind

· Ability to learn and acquire new skills/techniques quickly

· Ability to problem solve

· Proactive/Self-starter

· Personable and enjoys socializing

· Dependable and reliable

· Welcomes constructive criticism

Compensation Package

· Full Time Position

· Salary Range: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 annually commissions

· Eligible for discretionary year-end bonus
