Title: Manufacturing Plant Manager

Location: Leesburg, VA area

Pay: $160,000 - $180,000

Bonus: 25% annual

Benefits: Paid holidays, PTO accrual: start at 15 days, 6% 401k and additional 2%, Health, Dental, Vision, etc.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers' expectations.
• Increase production, assets capacity, and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
• Supervise and manage a team of employees, including training, performance evaluation, and career development.
• Ensure the plant operates in accordance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain compliance with environmental and regulatory requirements.
• Implement and manage quality control processes to ensure products meet quality standards.
• Develop and manage the plant’s budget; analyze variances and initiate corrective actions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.
• Oversee inventory levels and manage material supplies to ensure production is not disrupted.
• Prepare and present regular reports on production, quality, safety, and other key performance indicators.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business, or related, required.
• Minimum of 7 years experience in manufacturing environment, with a proven track record in a leadership role.
• Experience with process improvement and change management
• Ability to effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with co-workers and vendors.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills and advanced computer proficiency in Office 365.
