Title: Production Planner/Scheduler
Location: Salem, VA
Salary: $80,000 - 100,000 Bonus
Benefits: 3 weeks PTO, 401k match, Health, Dental, and Vision

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Prepare and track production scheduling across all manufacturing locations
- Prepare inventory reports, analyze inventory levels for replenishment
- Update inventory maintenance files.
- Random quality checks and audits on shipments
- Reconcile backorders with the manufacturers.
- Working with Demand Planners on possible consequences of demand changes/inventory needs
- Assist with new product launches - scheduling and planning raw materials to finished product needs
- Enter spiffs and promotions in the system for tracking purposes and prepare documentation for vendor reimbursement.
- Ad hoc reports as needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related major preferred
- Minimum 3 years of production planning/scheduling experience
- ERP experience required
- Proficiency in Word and Excel, which requires a detailed understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
