Salary: $60,000 - 90,000

- Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of raw materials and finished goods to meet production requirements.
- Analyze production data and forecast demand to identify potential bottlenecks or capacity constraints.
- Implement strategies to optimize resource utilization, reduce lead times, and improve production efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Utilize production planning software and tools to manage schedules, track progress, and generate reports.
- Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to production planning and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all production activities.
- Train and mentor production planning staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related major
- Minimum 5 years of production planning/scheduling experience
- Supervisory experience leading a team
- ERP experience required
- Proficiency in Word and Excel, which requires a detailed understanding of Excel spreadsheets.
