Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Loan Officer assistant to join our team. The Loan Officer Assistant supports the loan department by working closely with the Loan Officer to ensure a seamless loan process from start to finish. They are responsible for assisting with the preparation, processing, and closing of loans, as well as maintaining client relationships and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.

- Experience in banking, lending, or a related field is advantageous.

- Strong understanding of customer service and administrative support principles.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Proficiency in standard office software and loan processing platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service. They will be an integral part of the loan team, contributing to the success of the department and the satisfaction of our clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
