Responsibilities

• Perform deal closing, contract validation, and contract setup processes.
• Validate energy contracts prior to distribution to end customers within established SLAs.
• Escalate discrepancies to the Sales team using email, phone calls, and issue tracking systems.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with all team members effectively.
• Carry out additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; a college degree is preferred.
• 2-5 years of retail energy experience, particularly in contract management.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with potential overtime and heavy multitasking.
• Capable of recognizing and recommending new technology applications to reduce process costs, improve throughput, and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Strong computer skills for navigating multiple systems of record.
• Proven ability to handle multiple assignments accurately and on time.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
