Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Civil Engineer to support a leading company in the Construction and Scaffolding Industry. In this role, you will draft and engineer scaffold, access, and shoring projects for industrial, residential, and commercial applications across the USA and Canada. The role offers significant opportunities to engage with cutting-edge solutions and contribute to a range of projects requiring precision and adherence to the highest safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Design and engineer scaffolding and shoring solutions that optimize labor and material efficiency.
• Develop detailed engineering drawings that meet all safety, engineering, and regulatory standards.
• Calculate and verify load-bearing capacities to ensure safety and structural integrity.
• Provide project support during the construction and usage phases, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with the Lead Civil Structural Engineer to develop innovative solutions tailored to customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, IBC, and other relevant safety and code requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Proficiency in structural engineering analysis software.
• Strong familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of OSHA and IBC standards.
• Experience with scaffolding design is a plus.
• Knowledge of 5D Modeling (BIM) is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must have U.S. work authorization.
