Primary Services is excited to announce the role of Cost Control Coordinator for our client, a leading company in the facilities and construction industry. This full-time contractor position is based in The Woodlands office and offers a dynamic environment where you will support cost control processes across multiple field operations. Leverage your experience in cost tracking, reconciliation, and data entry to contribute to impactful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Capture field estimates from mechanical and EI&C coordinators and enter daily costs into the Field Ticket Tracker.
• Enter field tickets into SiteView for the associated activity date, including vendor names and man hours.
• Reconcile SiteView field estimates with Open Invoice invoices once approved for updates.
• Coordinate with the Materials Management team to capture material transfer values and timing for reconciliation in SiteView.
• Provide updated field cost reports to the Project Engineer, Superintendent, and Construction Coordinators for project cost reviews.
• Pull data from Spotfire, SiteView, and Microsoft D365, and compile variance analysis in Microsoft Excel.
• Create tables and pivot tables to flag areas of concern concisely and clearly.

Qualifications:

• Ability to travel to field offices in Okarche, OK, and Vernal, UT, is a plus.
• Proactive analytical skills with attention to detail and process improvements.
• Meticulous with a strong accounting background preferred.
• Familiarity with facilities or construction terminology and invoices is beneficial but not required.
• Proficiency with Peleton SiteView, Enverus OpenInvoice & OpenTicket, Microsoft Suite (particularly Excel and Teams), and TIBCO Spotfire.
