Education
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years equivalent experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- 5 years of medium to large-scale software delivery experience in a project management role. Proven ability to lead programs/projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met
- 3 years of experience in program delivery working in an Agile or Scaled agile environment.
- Agile Certifications (i.e., SAFe 6.0, Scrum Alliance, icAgile, Pragmatic etc.)
- Demonstrated experience with SCRUM and Kanban Agile methodologies
- Experience working with tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, Rally, Microsoft Project, Asana
- 0365 Microsoft Office Suite of Tools
- Knowledge Areas - Expert Level in Agile methodologies
- Demonstrates an Agile mindset
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and collaborate as part of a team
