Primary Talent Partners is searching for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team in Torrance, CA . This role will be a 3-month, full-time, W2 contract role with a potential for extension and / or conversion.

YOU MUST BE AUTHORIZED TO WORK IN THE US FOR THIS W-2 CONTRACT.

WE ARE UNABLE TO SUPPORT C2C OR PROVIDE SPONSORSHIP.

Pay Range : $23 -W2, no PTO or Benefits included

Job Description :

Providing customer support via phones, new order entry, order processing, customer inquiries and expediting or fulfillment requests approved by department Manager and / or Director.

The essential requirements of the role include :

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
• 1-2 years of experience working with customer support
• Understanding of the functionalities of an ERP system

Preferred skills for this position include :

• 1-2 years of PC skills in Microsoft Office and Database Management
• Effective business language usage (spelling, punctuation, and grammar)
