Junior Program Manager - Remote
This role is in a fast-growing business with a lot of engagement with the sales teams and business managers; interesting problems to solve, cross functional collaboration that will expose you to many areas of the business.
What You’ll Do
- Provide sales support and service for the team.
- Manage and respond to inquiries received through the alias and forms. Provide sellers coaching on offers, resources and incentives.
- Engage with sellers and partners on a daily basis regarding complex funding scenarios.
- Assess and screen nominations to funding programs across all offers based on pre-defined screening criteria. Evaluate requests against expectations, check if documentation is accurate, verify customer eligibility, ensure budget availability, and assess request viability based on return on investment (ROI) requirements.
- Route requests for approval of different resources and follow up with approvers to expedite response time to field requestors.
- Provide requesters with relevant guidance and pointers for the different types of content available through the program, such as Demos and guidance materials.
- Follow up with requestors on unused resources/funds and drive accruals for fiscal close. Provide updates on execution status to requestors.
- Typical task breakdown: 25% meetings; 75% program management
What You’ll Have

- Work efficiently and effectively with little hand holding or guidance.
- 3 years’ experience working in customer service, sales, or operations with diverse teams and managing projects with business context.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to develop tight collaborative relationships.
- Big desire to improve processes and make things more efficient.
- Organized with strong project management skills.
- Expert level proficiency with additional core Microsoft Office apps (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word, and Teams).
- Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in computer science, marketing, or business.
- Prior experience working for a large tech corporation based out of Redmond, Washington.

Compensation: Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience, and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $34 and $42 per hour (based on full-time employment), plus employee benefits.
