JOB DESCRIPTION:
- 12-hour shifts (Day or Night)
- Hospital Setting
- Medication administration
- Monitor patient’s progress and update medical records accordingly
- Record vital signs, analyze medical equipment measurements, and report any changes
- Offer patients individualized nursing care and assessing their physical, psychological, and emotional needs.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least one year of Med/Surg or Telemetry experience
- Active Nursing License
- BLS Certification
- TB skin test (current; within 1 year)
- Cleared background check
