Do you love to make a difference in the lives of people with developmental dissabilities? Prime Care Solutions is seeking a DD program manager with the following qualifications.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Direct support professionals and make sure they are up to date on training.
• Ability to develop supportive relationships with Direct support professional, individuals who recieve services and their families.
• Attend provider meetings.
• Use behavriol health interventions to improve outcomes for individuals served.
• Provide guidance and support to DSP's.
• Develop and implement quality customer service.
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers.
• Help with hiring and recruiting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
