Job description:We're seeking an experienced and results-driven Solar Sales Advocate to join our team. As a Solar Sales Advocate, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, and promoting our solar energy solutions to meet their needs. If you're passionate about sustainability, have a strong sales background, and are looking for a challenging and rewarding role, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through door knocking, cold calling, or any other channels of prospecting.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Promote our solar energy solutions to meet customer needs, including residential and commercial installations
  • Conduct site visits and assessments to determine feasibility of solar energy installations
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales support, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes to maintain expertise in the field
Requirements:
  • 2 years of sales experience in the solar energy industry or a related field
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems and technologies
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
