Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and drive sales of solar energy systems for residential
- Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our products
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers throughout the sales process
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Overcome objections and negotiate to close sales
Requirements :
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
- Must have a reliable vehicle for transportation to customer locations.
- Availability to conduct door to door canvassing to generate leads.
- Currently residing in the Connecticut area.
