- Manage incoming domestic customer orders via EDI, Fax, Email and Customer Websites.
- Enter Import orders into QuickBooks and notify appropriate team members of receipt of a new order.
- Confirm to customer receipt of New F&D Grand Opening orders and verify fill rates at time of receipt.
- Coordinate activities with the warehouse and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate order processing and timely product shipment.
- Manage preparation of shipping labels which includes creating packaging, utilizing knowledge of inventory stock status, ensuring billing accuracy and meeting deadlines.
- Prepare and send invoices upon pick-up of shipments.
- Assist the warehouse with managing priorities based on customer shipping guidelines.
- Make recommendations regarding EDI and shipping performance to minimize penalties and fees from customers.
- Assist finance with processing adjustments for Amazon FBM orders and prepare weekly report.
- Participate in cycle counting inventory.
- Perform other duties that may be required based on business needs.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel.
- Working knowledge of QuickBooks and True Commerce Transaction Manager.
- Ability to work under time pressure for task completion.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize work activities to achieve desired goals.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Quick to learn in ambiguous circumstances.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- 1-2 years of order management xxperience
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of order management experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field of study.
