POSITION OVERVIEW

The Customer Experience Representative is tasked with delivering outstanding customer service to both potential and existing customers / tenants.

This role is dynamic, with daily tasks evolving. The primary responsibility involves handling inbound calls from existing and potential tenants / customers regarding our storage facilities and campgrounds.

The ideal candidate will be adept at identifying customer needs, knowledgeable about new services, and capable of guiding customers through processes.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Professionally handle customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a sales-oriented approach
  • Perform any tasks as assigned by management
  • Ensure clear and timely communication with customers regarding property matters
  • Handle inbound calls from tenants / customers and potential tenants / customers promptly and professionally
  • Provide accurate and timely responses to customer emails or voicemails
  • Generate daily revenue reports in Excel
  • Maintain and troubleshoot communication equipment, reporting any issues promptly

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet expectations accurately
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
  • Background in sales, particularly phone sales, is preferred
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and web-based tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborate effectively within a team or work independently
  • Demonstrate critical thinking in managing difficult customer situations and soliciting feedback for improvement

Potential First Year Earnings : $43,000 - $65,000 ($18.50 per hour )
