Description

Seeking part time to full time Medical Assistant/Front Desk receptionist for a small Internal Medicine office. Part time would be at least 3 days per week. Full time position would be Monday - Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM. 

Front desk job duties would include but not limited to answering phones, booking appointments, updating patient demographics, verifying insurances, checking patients in and out, and collecting copays/balances.

Medical assistant job duties would include but not limited to vital signs, urinalysis, EKGs, referrals, prescription refills, prior authorizations, and answering telephones.

COVID vaccination is preferred but not mandatory. Must be able to demonstrate good verbal and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. High school diploma or GED required.

Requirements

• COVID 19 Vaccination - preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
• EPIC or Athena experience a plus.
• Medical Assistant Certification a plus
