Responsibilities

The HR Coordinator will process status changes, term paperwork, promotions, and all other changes and get all appropriate approvals before processing in the HRIS.

Will also be responsible for maininting position control. Maintains licensure and certification reports to maintain compliance with all federal, state, and regulatory standards.

Processes evaluations and keeps personnel records up to date. Assists with hospital recognition programs and assists employees with general Human Resources questions.

HR Coordinator also assist with processes new hire paperwork, background checks, coordinates drug screens and completes the I9 / E-Verify.

Knowledge of MSW and Excel is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor'sdegree required or 6 years of related experience.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills required.
  • Previous Human Resources experience is required.
  • Microsoft computer skills required.
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced environment
