ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resources Manager formulates and supervises programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and welfare other employer/employee relationships for multiple facilities. Interviews job applicant; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs. Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes.
QualificationsRequired qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 15 years of HR experience
- Minimum of 9-10 years in hospital management experience
- Master’s or MBA degree
- Familiar with wage and hour laws
- Knowledge of State and Federal laws including ERISA guidelines and accreditation standards
