Position Overview:
We are looking for Licensed Home Inspectors who are enthusiastic, tech-savvy, and ready to provide exceptional service. In this role, you will conduct thorough home inspections, wind mitigations, 4 point inspections, roof certifications, utilize advanced tools like drones and inspection software, and deliver detailed reports to our clients. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive home inspections, evaluating systems such as structural, electrical, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, and more.
- Complete wind mitigation and 4 point inspection reports on site.
- Use technology such as drones, mobile devices, and specialized tools to complete inspections efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare detailed, easy-to-understand reports using inspection software.
- Clearly communicate inspection findings to clients and real estate professionals.
- Uphold the company’s reputation for reliability, professionalism, and exceptional service.
Requirements:
- Licensed in Florida as a Home Inspector (State of Florida Home Inspector License required).
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.
- Comfort and proficiency with technology (drones, phones, and tools).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to teamwork.
