The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and Lead Marble Hills growth strategy through the implementation of strategic interdepartmental initiatives.

They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

Strategic

❑ Oversee all Marble Hills processes, suggest and implement changes for efficiencies

❑ Follow-up on business objectives and measure performance

❑ Obtain and analyze sales data for decision-making

❑ Build and implement a mid-level reporting strategy

Procurement/Operations

❑ Coordinate catalog expansion, plan implementation and implement adjustments

❑ Evaluate and analyze potential suppliers

❑ Coordinate first orders for new products

❑ Define product presentation and packaging

❑ Coordinate changes in product presentations

❑ Plan packaging materials inventory requirements

❑ Translate inventory requirements to S&OP meetings

❑ Validate SKU generation

❑ Plan product fulfillment

❑ Supervise order processing

Commercial

❑ Request written product description and coordinate photos for upload on website

❑ Obtain product costs and suggest price points for products and packages

❑ Coordinate new product launch with Marketing team

❑ Oversee marketing campaigns and translate to inventory requirements

❑ Follow-up on customer satisfaction, help solve issues with operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Knowledge of eCommerce and a plus if he/she/they have background in Marketing.
• Experience using data to drive product and market growth
