We are currently seeking an experienced Assistant Project Manager to join our team whose principal duties will include:

• Studying design plans and specifications 
• Preparing and presenting request for design information and bid qualifications 
• Assembling and organizing bid and project documentation.
• Procuring, reviewing, and submitting trade shop drawings and equipment submittals for the project engineer’s approval
• Releasing and tracking equipment orders
• Attending project site meetings and walk-throughs
• Scheduling site deliveries and building system shut-downs
• Field verifying the installation pace, details, and quality of direct or subcontracted trades
• Preparing project Operation & Maintenance manuals
• Preparing project close-out documents
• Attending in-house meetings
• Preparing miscellaneous proposals

This position offers professional and financial growth for a team player.

Starting annual salary range is $60,000 to $90,000 commensurate with experience.
