Prime Physicians is Hiring a Travel X-Ray Tech in Gallup, NM Near Gallup, NM
Job DescriptionWe are currently seeking an experienced X-Ray Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing radiologic exams, preparing patients for exams, and operating radiologic equipment. The ideal candidate should have a strong knowledge of radiology and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. This position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Responsibilities
Salary: $70.00 - $71.00 per hour

- Prepare patients for X-ray examinations.
- Operate X-ray machines and other imaging equipment.
- Position patients and select exposure factors accurately.
- Ensure patient safety during X-ray procedures.
- Maintain records of patient exams and images.
- Follow safety protocols and radiation protection guidelines.
- Interpret images and provide preliminary diagnosis to physicians.
Salary: $70.00 - $71.00 per hour
