• Ability to effectively communicate and translate complex technical topics with a non-IT audience.
• Experience with cloud-based and on-premises storage technologies.
• Experience supporting, analyzing, and documenting complex digital workflows, IT processes, and computer hardware or software systems.
• Experience with technical planning, project communication, and change management processes.

Nice to have skills:

• Experience with Digital Asset Management Systems (DAMS) and implementation of metadata standardization.
• Experience with digital archiving, imaging, or audio capture technologies.
• Experience with scripting languages and automation tools.
