- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Proven leadership experience in healthcare administration, preferably in assisted living or long-term care.
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and licensing requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, financial operations, and resource allocation.
