Contract opportunity, 8 months with possibility of conversion

Loyalty Program Coordinator

Support the rollout of a new Contractor Loyalty Program (CLP) for our global manufacturing client across the Southern US, focusing on enhancing collaboration between third-party contractors and their manufacturing business. Responsibilities include:

• Facilitating program activities, maintaining documentation, and onboarding new contractors.
• Monitoring program benefits and compliance, and resolving supplier issues.
• Participating in project team meetings, tracking project status, and fostering positive relationships with contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Contributing tactical ideas to improve processes and contractor engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

• Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience
• Understanding of procurement processes preferred
• Marketing experience beneficial
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Excellent collaboration skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Professional, DocuSign, and SharePoint
• Proficient in problem-solving and data analysis
• Proactive, self-starter attitude
• Ability to identify process improvement opportunities
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
