Salary: $110,000 - $150,000

Job Description

Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Business Analyst/Systems Analyst to join their team and take ownership of their diverse suite of applications. This is a senior role, crucial to the growth and efficiency of their IT infrastructure, responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in both business analysis and systems analysis, demonstrating a high level of expertise in application support, automation, and system configurations. A breadth of experience and knowledge is required, as this will be the second BA hire in our client's growing tech org.

Responsibilities

• Ownership & Management: Manage applications including Acumatica (Finance ERP), Zenoti (CRM), UKG Pro (HRM), and more.
• Application Support: Provide tier 3 support and ensure minimal downtime.
• Automation & Configuration: Implement automation solutions and system configurations.
• Requirements Gathering: Translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Stakeholder Interaction: Engage with clients and stakeholders for feedback and updates.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 7 years in technical business or systems analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in application support, system configurations, and automation.
• Communication: Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
• Preferred Skills: Experience with Nintex, Power Platform, Power Automate, and Outsource
