Responsibilities:

• accept monthly installments over the phone with a credit/debit card

• get customers connected with the insurance carriers to pay installments

• assist customers with setting up EFT (electronic funds transfer) if needed for installments

• get customers set up on the insurance mobile app for the customers to pay installments

• call customers that have installments coming up

• call customers that have policy that has been expired

• call customers that need to renew their insurance policy

• update customers contact information

• sent customers company's contact information

• ask customers to provide reviews

• ask customers for referrals

• ask customers if they need any additional assistance

• email customer any documents

• inform customers about the company's vision, mission and core values

Qualifications:

• Must be fluent in Spanish

• Must be available to work full-time hours on site during business hours

• Previous experience in customer service-related positions
