Key Responsibilities:
- Problem solving skills to investigate troubled tools, processes and machinery
- Perform process monitoring & implement process changes to improve yield
- Reduce cycle times
- Improve quality
- Machine start up
- Must be well organized
- Able to operate in a fast pace environment
- 2-3 years minimal experience in process technician role
- Associates degree in plastics technology and/or RJG Master Molder certification preferred. Relevant experience will be considered.
