About This PositionThe Internet Compliance Analyst, working in Primerica’s Office of General Counsel, helps enforce Primerica's internet and social media policies. This position requires outreach to and communication with the sales force, and thus requires a customer-service oriented, solution-based approach to applying relevant rules and regulations and the ability to convey complex requirements in a simple and easy to understand way.
This is a hybrid position.
The estimated salary range for this position is: $54,000 - $57,500
DutiesResponsibilities & Qualifications
  • Provide support to senior compliance analysts in monitoring, tracking and maintaining case logs, and responding to online content posted by members of the Company’s independent contractor sales force
  • Contact representatives to remediate non-compliant online content and activities and support on-going review of content to identify potential compliance violations, subject to FINRA, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
  • Initiate follow-up action for any content determined to be in violation of Company or regulatory guidelines, including performing preliminary investigations, opening cases, drafting correspondence outlining compliance concerns, data entry, incident tracking, and case escalation, as necessary
  • Principal supervision of online activities by members of our sales force is a main duty of this role and therefore the position requires the SIE, Series 6 and Series 26 FINRA securities licenses
  • All required licenses must be obtained within 60 days of hire; while exam study materials are provided and test fees are paid by the company, preparation for the exams will need to be done outside of work hours and failure to obtain the requisite licenses within the stated time period will result in termination
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience preferred
  • SIE Exam and Series 6 and 26 licenses required (or obtained within 90 days of hire)
  • Must be a self-starter who is able to manage their time and workload and also to integrate and function efficiently as part of a collaborative team
  • Excellent research and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal, written and assertive communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of the internet, various social media sites and related functionality
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Flexible and able to manage priorities effectively
  • Ability to self-initiate and coordinate tasks
  • Ability to identify problematic issues and escalate cases to senior analysts when necessary
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with competing priorities
  • Ability to work independently and in group setting
