Job Summary:
We are seeking highly skilled and experienced Level II Technicians to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a strong background in technical analysis, quality control and have knowledge in all phases of building construction, maintenance and repairs. This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated and detail-oriented professionals to take on a leadership role and contribute to the success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain personal tool inventory.
- Maintain trucks/vans for consumables/tools and organization.
- Maintain a professional presentation and attitude.
- Escalate jobs issues to Supervisor or Superintendent immediately. (not the costumer)
- Report all delays immediately to Supervisor or Superintendent.
- Refer all questions by costumer to Supervisor or Superintendent.
- Immediately report all safety incidents to Supervisor or Superintendent.
- Follow all Primero Work Practices and Policies.
- Provide constructive feedback.
- Provide high standard of work.
- Report to work on time.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately.
- Be responsible for verifying your on time.
- Provide job status.
- Return to shop by 4:15pm or when job is complete.
- Turn uniforms daily/weekly for laundry service on designated day.
Job Requirements:
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED).
- Minimum of 3 yrs. experience.
- Properly and safely use power tools.
- Read a tape measure and bubble level.
- Valid Driver License and TWIC card.
- Pass all drug, alcohol and hair follicle test (random - preemployment - post incident).
- Pass background check.
- Must have own hand tools.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
