Primis is Hiring a Client Engagement Manager Near New York, NY

We are seeking a Engagement Manager to join our clients team in a high-impact role focused on managing highly qualified inbound leads. As an early-stage employee, you'll work closely with the founders, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive growth and deliver exceptional client experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is adept at navigating complex sales cycles while providing consultative insights and project management expertise.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Management: Take ownership of highly qualified inbound leads, managing their transition through the entire sales cycle with a consultative approach.
  • Complex Sales Process: Oversee the end-to-end project management of the sales process, including conducting in-depth product demonstrations, negotiating terms, and managing accounts through successful closure.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive touchpoints and tailored consulting, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
  • Performance Metrics: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets while managing multiple projects and client engagements.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with the Customer Success team to facilitate smooth onboarding, optimize product adoption, and address any client needs or concerns.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide valuable insights and feedback to the Product/Engineering teams to enhance Hive’s offerings and ensure they meet client requirements.

Key Qualifications

  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in B2B Software Sales, Client Consulting & Project Management roles with a focus on navigating complex sales processes and projects.
  • Proven Success: Demonstrated record of exceeding targets and deadlines.
  • Consultative Approach: Experience in employing a consultative sales strategy.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong ability to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to collective goals.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills with a keen attention to detail and organizational prowess.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment and manage a varied workload effectively.
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hubspot) and a good grasp of their functionalities.
  • Startup Experience: Previous experience in a startup environment is a plus.
