Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support Healthcare Specialist:
  • Extensive driving to various nursing facility locations (a reliable vehicle is a must).
  • Comfortable with technology and patient outreach, including the use of your own computer.
  • Compassion, patience, and dedication to building trust with patients.
  • Collaborate with the clinical team to facilitate the completion of assessments.
  • Proficiency with technology, including the ability to navigate computer platforms and familiarity with Excel (a plus).

Duties and Responsibilities:

As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for:
  • Connecting with patients who are initiating remote patient monitoring programs.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for patients enrolled with PrimoCare, guided by their healthcare providers.
  • Assisting patients in completing assessments using iPads.
  • Regularly engaging with assigned patients to ensure they stay on track with their treatment plan.
  • Scheduling consistent monthly check-ins with patients.
  • Monitoring patient data to ensure their well-being.
  • Empowering and educating patients by sharing valuable health information.
  • Collaborating with the PrimoCare team through informative meetings to stay updated on the latest developments.
  • Working closely with the sales team to ensure key performance indicators are effectively achieved.
  • Assisting with patient interactions and data collection.

Minimum Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • Strong ambition, self-motivation, and self-discipline.
  • Highly organized, efficient, detail-oriented, and adept at multitasking.
  • Exceptional communication skills (both written and verbal).
  • Proficiency with technology, including the ability to navigate computer platforms and familiarity with Excel.
  • Comfort with patient outreach and engagement.
  • Experience in interactions with patients and clinical staff.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Additional Qualifications:

Candidates with the following qualifications will be highly regarded:
  • Experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • A people-oriented approach.

Expectations and Compensation:
  • Work hours from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM PST.
  • Comprehensive training to ensure your success.
  • Reporting to the Care Team Manager.
