PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Supports office administrative functions such as expense reports, supply requisitions, non-standard employee requests, building work orders, and conference room management
• Oversees UPS account setup and maintenance for job sites
• Updates space planning software and seating charts; executes employee office moves
• Helps track and coordinate preventative maintenance and service calls
• Assists Facilities in coordinating contractor work
• Identifies furniture and office supply needs while tracking and implementing cost savings measures
• Leads culture committee events
• Acts as a back-up for all Admin Assistant I duties
• Additional duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of administrative experience and working in a professional office environment
• Higher Education Preferred

PREFERRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in Word applications
• Must be courteous and diplomatic in dealing with others
• Must be able to manage time efficiently

This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule.
