Job Overview:

We’re currently seeking an accountant to manage our Real Estate accounting process. We are looking for an individual who will drive and deliver excellence in a dynamic environment at Primoris Services Corporation in Lewisville, Texas.

Key Responsibilities/Accountabilities:

• Manage Real Estate database, including data entry and organizing property records
• Prepare monthly reporting, such as project spending, security deposit reconciliations and reconciling monthly statements
• Coordinate with accounts payable for vendor setups for new leases and review monthly rent payments
• Maintain documentation of Real Estate transactions for internal controls
• Ad hoc projects such as aligning accounting data and real estate data and assisting with property taxes

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or equivalent
• Familiar with real estate (lease) contracts
• Proven ability to multi-task and manage time appropriately
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Collaborative team member who is comfortable communicating via phone and email
• Proficient Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups for a large volume of data
