This law firm seeks a highly qualified attorney with 7 years of real estate litigation experienceto join the Litigation Department in its Charlotte, NC office. Key responsibilities will include managing all aspects of a case, collaborating with colleagues and clients and the ability to work independently.

The potential exists for a remote position if the right candidate lives in the greater, Charlotte area.

The successful attorney should possess:

• Juris Doctorate degree from accredited law school and licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

• 7 years of hands-on, commercial litigation or real estate litigation experience.
